How the score "Professor Umbridge" Harry Potter OOTP refer to Umbridge herself?

I have some information basic but I can not find info on musical instruments are used in the score. Can anyone tell me what the note said about this character? There was an interview with Nicholas Hooper (the composer in OOTP) in Soundtracks [Weekly 5/8/2007] in which he described as "Professor Umbridge is a central figure in the new fifth floor, and is a soft but apparently cruel and increasingly crazy witch that is planted in the school by the Ministry of Magic. This theme reflects his character in an insistent, of irritating manner and was very fun to write … "I interpret as an inflatable air initially pleased that becomes more annoying than counting.
